Returns & Shipping
In the event that you are unsatisfied with our products we will issue you full refund. Items that are a final sale and are not eligible for a refund include jewelry and all sale items. Sale items and orders placed using 25% off or more code are all marked FINAL SALE. If you would like to return your product(s) for a refund or please go to our contact page (or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org) and send us the name you used to place the order and the product(s) you would like to return and we will get back to you with instructions regarding your return within 1 business day. Items must be scent free unworn, unwashed and unaltered to be eligible for a return/exchange. Returns not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer and the refund refused. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returned items and the shipping cost are non-refundable. If you would like to return your product(s) you must notify us within 10 days of receiving your merchandise and it must be shipped back to us within 14 days of you receiving it. You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. Returns are processed in 1 business day of receiving returned goods. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days for your refund (returned items less any shipping costs) to post to your credit card. All refunds will be given in the same method as original payment.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Once orders have been placed, they cannot be altered or cancelled. Once a package has been shipped out we cannot make changes to the delivery address.
We ship out from Houston, Texas and all orders are shipped via USPS and are shipped out no more than 2 business days after you have placed your order. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as we ship your item out. Items shipped within the United States will typically arrive to you within 3-5 business days after you have placed your order. If you would like your order to be expedited please message us via our contact page or email us at email@example.com. In the event that your tracking says delivered but you have not yet received your package We will review your order and make sure there are no discrepancies and that your package went out routinely. In the event that we find NO discrepancies, then we would suggest that you contact the USPS. You should provide them your tracking number and let them know you didn’t receive your package even though USPS changed the status of your tracking to delivered.
We are required to collect a Texas sales tax of 8.25%. All orders shipped to Texas addresses will be charged this tax.
